Congratulations on connecting your social media accounts!
The next thing to do is invite team members to join you.
Why is this important? Brolly is a social media archiving tool which means it’s important for social media managers and record managers. It’s a good idea to have at least one member from both teams able to log into Brolly.
- Log into Brolly and go to Settings, then choose the Users tab.
Choose Invite user to add someone to your team.
The Invite a user screen appears. - Enter a first name, last name and email address and choose whether the team member will be an owner or have view-only access. Read more about roles in Brolly.
Select Invite when you’ve completed the details.
The new team member receives an email. You are returned to the list of team members.
In the list of team members, the person you invited now appears as Pending. When they accept the invitation their status changes to Active.
