Tally information appears at the bottom of records in your feed, along with any tags you’ve applied.

Indicator at bottom of record
Explanation

The number beside this icon is the tally (count) of comment records captured for this post. The comment tally appears on all post records.

Note: The comment tally on posts in your archive will sometimes be different to the number you see in your social media account.

This is because the archive shows all the records and all the actions, including the edits, deletes and hides. The number on the channel represents only what’s publicly visible in your social media.

For Twitter: replies on Twitter are only captured in real time, so if a Tweet attracted comments before your archive was connected, your tally in the archive will not include those pre-connection replies

The share icon appears on Tweet records. The number beside it indicates the number of retweets of the Tweet.

Retweets are only captured in real time, so if a Tweet was retweeted before your archive was connected, your tally in the archive will not include those pre-connection replies.
