If you've created a new Facebook page for your organisation, it may take a while before you can see the page when you try to connect.
This is due to a Facebook caching issue, and it's easy to fix if you're in a hurry to connect.

- In Facebook, navigate to your new page.
- In the admin view of the page, click the down arrow Top right hand corner and choose Settings & privacy.
- In the Settings & privacy options, choose Settings
- In Settings, scroll down until you see Business Integrations on the left hand side
- In the Business Integrations area you see a list of apps that have permissions on one or more pages that you manage. Three common examples including Brolly are listed on this example. Click View and edit to check which pages Brolly can access.
- In the list of pages, make sure there is a check box beside the new page in every section, e.g.
- Pages
- Read Content posted on the page
- Manage accounts, settings and webhooks for a page
etc.
This gives Brolly the same permissions as you have already given it for any pages you've already connected.
