When a member of your team is responsible for archiving social media records for your organisation, it's handy to know exactly what each role can see and do in Brolly, so you know they have the right access for the job.


Depending on their access, your organisation's 'owners' and 'members' will have the ability to perform the tasks shown below.

Can add social accounts to the organisation or any group if they have the right permissions on the channel.


Can remove social accounts from the organisation.

Can remove any user.

Can create, edit and apply tags.

Can enable or disable the ability of other users to create tags.
Organisation memberCan see and export all records in feed and messages for social media already connected to the organisation account. Cannot see contents of groups.
